شرکت آلکان ماشین در سال 1375 همگام با سایر شرکت های بزرگ طراحی و تولید سیستم های انتقال نیرو در دنیا موفق به اخذ نمایندگی از شرکت KISSsoft کشور سوئیس گردید و به عنوان تنها نماینده فروش و آموزش نرم افزار محاسبات جامع سیستم های انتقال نیرو در در خاورمیانه به شمار می رود. دیگر نرم افزار به کارگرفته شده در شرکت آلکان ماشین جهت طراحی و آنالیز و بهینه سازی سیستم های انتقال نیرو نرم افزار MASTA می باشد. نرم افزارهای فوق قابلیت کنترل کیفیت مراحل قبل و بعد از تولید قطعات مکانیکی را داشته و جزو دسته نرم افزارهای کاملا حرفه ای مهندسی مکانیک در زمینه محاسبات سیستم گیربکس ها محسوب می شوند.

KISSsys برنامه تعریف و کنترل بازدهی سیستم گیربکس کامل که می تواند المان های مکانیکی ذیل را همزمان تحلیل، طراحی و کنترل کند: 1. چرخدنده ها، پینیون ها، کرانویل ها و شفت دنده ها 2. شفت های ورودی، میانی و خروجی 3. کوپلینگ ها، برینگ ها، یاتاقان ها و تکیه گاه ها 4. بانکهای اطلاعاتی پارامترهای محاسباتی 5. انجام آنالیز حساسیت روی پارامترهای طراحی و کارکردی گیربکس
