الف) تعمیرات تخصصی گیربکس های سنگین
شرکت آلکان ماشین با دارا بودن دانش فنی لازم و تیم متخصص در زمینه تعمیرات گیربکس های سنگین با آگاهی از بروز مشکل یا خسارت در واحدهای مختلف کارخانجات حتی در دورترین نقاط کشور در مدت زمان بسیار اندک حاضر شده و سیستم در معرض آسیب یا آسیب دیده را در محل و در کوتاه ترین زمان ممکن با انجام کارشناسی های لازم اقدام به دمونتاژ، عیب یابی، نوسازی و راه اندازی می نماید.
ب) عیب یابی و تهیه نقشه های اجرائی قطعات و تجهیزات گیربکس های کوره ها و آسیاب های غلتکی و گلوله ای صنایع سیمان کشور همراه با انجام تعمیرات دقیق گیربکس های MAAG, RENK, FLENDER و … تحت نظارت و تایید بازرسان شرکت های مذبور از دیگر فعالیت های آلکان ماشین می باشد.

ت) آموزش
شرکت آلکان ماشین در بخش آموزش نیز فعال بوده و با همکاری شرکت KISSsoft اقدام به برگزاری دوره های آموزشی محاسبات چرخدنده ها، گیربکس ها و همچنین اعزام کارشناس جهت آموزش مراحل مونتاژ دقیق گیربکس در صنایع کشور می نماید. شرکت آلکان ماشین افتخار دارد سالیانه تعداد قابل توجهی از دانشگاه های سراسر کشور را به صورت کارآموز آموزش می دهد.

A) Repair Services of Heavy Duty Gearboxes
Alcan Machine co. presents complete repair and rehabilitation services of industrial heavy duty gearboxes utilizing the latest technology and most efficient work team. Examining damaged or failure-probable unit, the specialized servicing team would dissemble, repair, install, and test the system within short processing times, short-term service and high flexibility preventing unnecessary stop periods.
B) Alcan Machine co. serves failure predicting, detecting, and repairing services of roller and ball grind gearboxes of cement industries in accordance with guidelines and certification of RENK, MAAG, and FLENDER representatives.
C) Inspection and Maintenance
1. Complete services for stationary mechanical power transmission equipment
2. Installation and post-repair services of damaged heavy duty gearboxes
3. Set up and calibration services of repaired planetary gearboxes at workplace
4. Diagnosis of drive and gear unit conditions inclusive of mobile diagnostic equipment
